Rishayao manabo deva manuputra mohoujasah Kalam sarve harereva saprajapatayah smritah.
ENGLISH SYNONYMS
Rishayo—all the sages, Manabo—all the Manus, Deva—all the demigods, Manuputra—all the decendants of manu, Mohoujasah—very powerful, Kalam—portion of the plenary portion, Sarve—all collectively, Harer—of the Lord, Eva—certainly, Saprajapatayah—along with Prajapati, Smritah—are known.
TRANSLATION
All the Rishis, manus, demigods, descendants of manu, who are specially powerful are plenary portions or portion of the plenary portion of the Lord. This includes all the Prajapatis also.
PURPORT
Those who are comparatively less powerful are called Bibhuti and those who are comparatively more powerful are called Avesh incarnations.
