śrī-śuka uvāca
evaṁ bhagavatā tanvī
rāmeṇa pratibodhitā
vaimanasyaṁ parityajya
mano buddhyā samādadhe


SYNONYMS

śrī-śukaḥ uvāca—Śukadeva Gosvāmī said; evam—thus; tanvī—slender-waisted Rukmiṇī; pratibodhitā—enlightened; vaimanasyam—her depression; parityajya—giving up; manaḥ—her mind; buddhyā—by intelligence; samādadhe—composed.

TRANSLATION

Śukadeva Gosvāmī said: Thus enlightened by Lord Balarāma, slender Rukmiṇī forgot her depression and steadied her mind by spiritual intelligence.
