āpana-nikaṭe prabhu sabā vasāilā
āpani śrī-haste sabāre mālya-gandha dilā


SYNONYMS

āpana-nikaṭe — by His own side; prabhu — Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu; sabā — all of them; vasāilā — made sit; āpanipersonally Himself; śrī-haste — with His hand; sabāre — unto everyone; mālya — garland; gandha — sandalwood pulp; dilā — offered.


TRANSLATION

Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu made all the devotees sit at His side, and with His own hand He offered them garlands and sandalwood pulp.
