śrī-śuka uvāca
evaṁ bhagavatā tanvī
rāmeṇa pratibodhitā
vaimanasyaṁ parityajya
mano buddhyā samādadhe


SYNONYMS

śrī-śukaḥ uvāca — Śukadeva Gosvāmī said; evam — thus; tanvī — slender-waisted Rukmiṇī; pratibodhitā — enlightened; vaimanasyam — her depression; parityajya — giving up; manaḥ — her mind; buddhyā — by intelligence; samādadhe — composed.

TRANSLATION

Śukadeva Gosvāmī said: Thus enlightened by Lord Balarāma, slender Rukmiṇī forgot her depression and steadied her mind by spiritual intelligence.
