rāya kahe,—prabhu tumi chāḍa bhāri-bhūri
mora āge nija-rūpa nā kariha curi


SYNONYMS

rāya kahe—Rāmānanda Rāya replied; prabhu—my Lord; tumi—You; chāḍa—give up; bhāri-bhūri—these grave talks; mora—of me; āge—in front; nija-rūpa—Your real form; —not; kariha—do; curi—stealing.


TRANSLATION

Rāmānanda Rāya replied, “My dear Lord, please give up all these serious talks. Please do not conceal Your real form from me.”
