loke kahe,—kṛṣṇa prakaṭa kālīya-dahera jale!
kālīya-śire nṛtya kare, phaṇā-ratna jvale


SYNONYMS

loke kahe — all the people replied; kṛṣṇa prakaṭa — Kṛṣṇa is again manifest; kālīya-dahera jale — in the water of Lake Kālīya; kālīya-śire — on the head of the serpent Kālīya; nṛtya kare — dances; phaṇā-ratna jvale — the jewels on the hoods blaze.


TRANSLATION

The people replied, “Kṛṣṇa has again manifested Himself on the waters of Kālīya Lake. He dances on the hoods of the serpent Kālīya, and the jewels on those hoods are blazing.
