lakṣa lakṣa loka āise kauṭuka dekhite
lokera saṅghaṭṭe patha nā pāri calite

lakṣa lakṣa loka—many thousands of people; āise—came; kauṭuka—out of curiosity; dekhite—to see; lokera saṅghaṭṭe—by the assembly of so many men; patha—the road; nā pāri—I was not able; calite—to pass through.

"Many hundreds and thousands of people came to see Me out of curiosity, and due to such a large crowd I could not travel very freely on the road.
