771031 - Letter to Gour Govinda from Tamal Krsna

October 31st, 1977

From: Tamal Krishna

My dear Gour Govinda Maharaja,

Please accept my humble obeisances at your feet. I beg to acknowledge receipt of your letter undated.

Enclosed please find a letter to the Punjab National Bank ordering them to transfer Rs.30,000/- into your account. Srila Prabhupada was very pleased to hear that you are going to undertake the construction of the brahmacari ashram and compound wall. As you do the construction, why not try to send photographs which will further enthuse Srila Prabhupada.

His Divine Grace is going to be in Mayapur within two days time and when you get opportunity you may like to come and visit Him there. His health is still very bad so please pray to Lord Krsna for His quick recovery.

Hoping this meets you in the best of health and Krsna consciousness.

Your servant,

Tamal Krsna Gosvami
Secretary to Srila Prabhupada
His Holiness Gour Govinda Swami,
