In regard to the above-mentioned account, we have received your letter dated 8th October, 1977 regarding the duplicate payment of $10,472.00 (Rs. 93,498/-). As we intimated to you about 1 week ago in your Vrindaban city office, our West Coast U.S. representative has come to Vrindaban and we have had discussions with him regarding this matter. He has confirmed that the payment was indeed duplicate. Therefore you may recover the amount by debiting the above-mentioned account accordingly and refund the same to the sending Bank.

Enclosed please find the Passbook for the above-mentioned Account in which you may make the necessary debit entry and then return the Passbook to the sender.
