Dear Sir:

This letter is to authorize Shri Gopal Krishna das Adhikary and Shri Akshayananda Swami to jointly sign on my behalf as my representatives for the following fixed deposit receipts which have already matured:

1. #1/76, no. TIK 676 2001 in the name of A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami ISKCON for Rs. 1,25,000/- due 8-4-77
2. #525/76, no. TIK 676 114 in the name of Vrindavan Temple Construction Fund for Rs. 26,252/95p due 10-4-77
3. #523/76, TIK 676 112 in the name of Vrindavan Temple Construction Fund for Rs. 50,000/- due 10-4-77
4. #524/76, no. TIK 676 113 in the name of Vrindavan Temple Construction Fund for Rs. 50,000/- due 10-4-77

It is not possible for me to personally come to Vrindavan simply for delivering these receipts, therefore I am sending my representatives to you with the receipts. In regard to these receipts kindly carry out the instructions which I have already given to you in my letters dated 29th March, 1977, and 3rd April, 1977 respectively.
