- rajakaṁ kañcid āyāntaṁ
- raṅga-kāraṁ gadāgrajaḥ
- dṛṣṭvāyācata vāsāṁsi
- dhautāny aty-uttamāni ca

TRANSLATION
Seeing a washerman approaching who had been dyeing some clothes, Kṛṣṇa asked him for the finest laundered garments he had.
