The following example demonstrate some of the things to watch out for:

SP's Address/Camp is missing from the transcription. This is the case for transcriptions;
Janardan's name is transcribed Janardana. Be aware that many names troughout the transcription are not spelled the same as in the scan;
The handwritten P.S. at the end of the letter should be noted as (Handwritten). Please make sure that it is SP's writing and not the sevretaries. Any personal message or notes from the secretary should not be transcribed.
