kabhu kuñje rahe, kabhu rahe grāmāntare
sei bhakta, tāhāṅ āsi’ dekhaye tāṅhāre


SYNONYMS

kabhu — sometimes; kuñje — in the bushes; rahe — remains; kabhu — sometimes; rahe — He stays; grāma-antare — in a different village; sei bhakta — that devotee; tāhāṅ āsi’ — coming there; dekhaye tāṅhāre — sees Him.


TRANSLATION

In this way, giving some excuse, Gopāla sometimes remains in the bushes of the forest, and sometimes He stays in a village. One who is a devotee comes to see the Deity.
