pāṅca-dina tāṅra bhikṣā niyama karila


SYNONYMS

prabhuŚrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu; krame kramegradually; pāṅca-dinato five days; ghāṭāila — reduced; pāñca-dina — for five days; tāṅra — his; bhikṣāinvitation for lunch; niyama karila — accepted regularly.


TRANSLATION

In this way, by and by, Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu reduced the duration to five days. Thus for five days He regularly accepted the Bhaṭṭācārya’s invitation to lunch.
