tāte more ei kṛpā kara, dayāmaya
tomāra āge mṛtyu ha-uka, yāuka saṁśaya


SYNONYMS

tātetherefore; more — unto me; ei — this; kṛpā — mercy; karabestow; dayā-maya — O merciful one; tomāra āgebefore You; mṛtyu ha-uka — let me die; yāuka saṁśaya — and let all doubts go away.


TRANSLATION

“In this way Murāri Gupta appealed to Me, saying, ‘You are all-merciful, so kindly grant me this mercy: Let me die before You so that all my doubts will be finished.’
