rādhā dekhi’ kṛṣṇa yadi chuṅite kare mana
dāna-ghāṭi-pathe yabe varjena gamana


SYNONYMS

rādhā—Śrīmatī Rādhārāṇī; dekhi’—after seeing; kṛṣṇa—Lord Kṛṣṇa; yadi—if; chuṅite—to touch; kare mana—desires; dāna-ghāṭi-pathe—on the way leading toward the spot from which one crosses the river to the other side; yabe—when; varjena—prohibits; gamana—going.


TRANSLATION

“When Śrī Kṛṣṇa sees Śrīmatī Rādhārāṇī and wants to touch Her body, He prohibits Her from going to the spot where one can cross the river Yamunā.
