rādhā dekhi’ kṛṣṇa yadi chuṅite kare mana
dāna-ghāṭi-pathe yabe varjena gamana


SYNONYMS

rādhā — Śrīmatī Rādhārāṇī; dekhi’ — after seeing; kṛṣṇa — Lord Kṛṣṇa; yadi — if; chuṅite — to touch; kare mana — desires; dāna-ghāṭi-pathe — on the way leading toward the spot from which one crosses the river to the other side; yabe — when; varjena — prohibits; gamana — going.


TRANSLATION

“When Śrī Kṛṣṇa sees Śrīmatī Rādhārāṇī and wants to touch Her body, He prohibits Her from going to the spot where one can cross the river Yamunā.
