nāyikāra svabhāva, prema-vṛtte bahu bheda
sei bhede nānā-prakāra mānera udbheda


SYNONYMS

nāyikāra—of the heroine; svabhāva—nature; prema-vṛtte—in the matter of loving affairs; bahu—many; bheda—varieties; sei—that; bhede—in each variety; nānā-prakāra—various types; mānera—of the jealous anger of a woman; udbheda—subdivisions.


TRANSLATION

“The characteristics and modes of love are different in different women. Their jealous anger also takes on different varieties and qualities.
