hena-kāle eka nārī aṅgane āila
tāṅra aṅga-kāntye sthāna pīta-varṇa ha-ila


SYNONYMS

hena-kāle—at this time; eka—one; nārī—woman; aṅgane āila—came to the courtyard; tāṅra—her; aṅga-kāntye—by the beauty of the body; sthāna—that place; pīta-varṇa ha-ila—became yellowish.


TRANSLATION

At that time, in that beautiful scene, a woman appeared in the courtyard. The beauty of her body was so bright that it tinged the entire place with a hue of yellow.
