nā kahile haya mora kṛta-ghnatā-doṣa
dambha kari bali' śrotā, nā kariha roṣa


SYNONYMS

kahile — if I do not say; haya — there is; mora — my; kṛta-ghnatā-doṣa — fault of ingratitude; dambha kari — I am proud; bali — taking as; śrotā — O readers; kariha roṣa — do not be angry.


TRANSLATION

If I did not disclose this fact, I would be guilty of ingratitude to the Lord. Therefore, my dear readers, please do not consider me too proud and be angry at me.
