uttama anna eta taṇḍula kāṅhāte pāilā?
ācārya kahe,—mādhavī-pāśa māgiyā ānilā


SYNONYMS

uttama anna — fine rice; eta — such; taṇḍula — rice; kāṅhāte pāilā — where did you get; ācārya kahe — Bhagavān Ācārya replied; mādhavī-pāśa — from Mādhavī-devī; māgiyā — begging; ānilā — have brought.


TRANSLATION

"Where did you get such fine rice?" the Lord asked.


Bhagavān Ācārya replied, "I got it by begging from Mādhavī-devī."
