Vrndavana,

June 25, 1977

From: Tamal Krishna

Lebanon

June 25th, 1977

My dear Ravanari Prabhu,

Please accept my humble obeisances. I have been instructed by His Divine Grace Srila Prabhupada to thank you for your kind letter with enclosed copy of the Arabic Sri Isopanisad.

His Divine Grace expresses His deep gratitude to your good self for your heartfelt sentiments expressed in your letter. He very much appreciated the humble attitude you have shown which is the true sympton of a Vaisnava. His pleasure in seeing this first Arabic translation was expressed by His transcendental smile as He declared, “It is a great triumph. It is very good news.”

Srila Prabhupada awaits the translation now of Bhagavad-gita and sends you all of His blessings that you may successfully continue in this most important work of spreading Krishna consciousness to a major portion of the world, which very much needs to taste the mercy of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu. Hoping this meets you well.

Your servant,

Tamal Krishna Gosvami
Secretary to Srila Prabhupada
