Honolulu,

June 10, 1975

From: Paramahamsa

Bombay

My dear Giriraja dasa,

Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada. I have been advised to write you in order to find out all the details of the Bhetnama system by which we are selling flats at Juhu. Mainly we need to know how to avoid having donors come and try to retire in their room for life-long, saying that we agreed to let them have the room any time they visited. What is they say, I am a permanent visitor? Is their some limit, maybe 14 days, or 30 days? Prabhupada suggests you investigate how it is set up in Tirupati. They have built their guest facilities by using the Bhetnama system. So there must be some way of guarding against people coming to live in the room for the rest of their life. Chaityaguru is collecting money in Africa and he says he can collect a lot. So, please let him know the basic principles of this Bhetnama system in full detail and he can sell immediately 20 flats at Juhu. Please send Prabhupada a copy of the letter you send to Chaityaguru once you find out the details and the answer to this question of time limit for visit of donor. Jaya. Your servant,

Paramahamsa Swami
