May 31, 1972

CENTER: Los Angeles, ISKCON

My Dear Mrs. Shapiro,

Please accept my respectful greetings. I beg to acknowledge receipt of your letters dated May 24 and 25, 1972, concerning your son, David. We are asking him to go back to his mother, but if he does not go, what can be done? In that case, you must come and take him back.

But do not threaten us. We have asked him to go, although everyone is at liberty. So what can we do? Better you come and take him yourself. So far as health is concerned, in everyone’s opinion he is alright.

Hoping this will find you in good health and happy mood.

Your ever well-wisher,

A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami
