tabe mahāprabhu tāṅra nimantraṇa mānilā

āra dina madhyāhna kari’ tāṅra ghare gelā

SYNONYMS

tabe—after this; mahāprabhu—Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu; tāṅra—his; nimantraṇa—invitation; mānilā—accepted; āra dina—the next day; madhyāhna kari’—after finishing His madhyāhna activities (taking a bath and murmuring mantras); tāṅra ghare gelā—He went to the house of the Maharashtriyan brāhmaṇa.

TRANSLATION

Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu accepted his invitation, and the next day, after finishing His noontime activities, He went to the brāhmaṇa’s house.
