cāri sampradāya gāna kari’ bahu śrānta haila
mahāprabhura premāveśa dviguṇa bāḍila


SYNONYMS

cāri sampradāya—four groups of saṅkīrtana parties; gāna kari’—after singing; bahu—much; śrānta haila—were fatigued; mahāprabhura—of Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu; prema-āveśa—the ecstatic love; dvi-guṇa—twofold; bāḍila—increased.


TRANSLATION

After much singing, all four saṅkīrtana parties grew fatigued, but Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu’s ecstatic love increased twofold.
