I found a discrepancy, which was confirmed by Kartamasa.
apparently this lecture was not on the 26July as stated in Vedabase but on the August 11th.

This lecture in question is titled "Initiation of devotees going to London." and that is very clear with sentences like: "and today there will be thread ceremony for the students who have chanted Hare Krishna for at least one year. So I think three or four. Mukunda, Gurudāsa, Śyāmasundara, you are prepared?
I have Yamuna's passports. They arrived in Canada on August 10th, 1968. Yamuna's notes say she was given brahmana initiation the next day. So we quoted that date.
