tāṅra bhakti dekhi’ prabhura tuṣṭa haila mana
uthi’ mahāprabhu tāṅre kailā āliṅgana


SYNONYMS

tāṅra bhakti—his devotion; dekhi’—seeing; prabhura—of Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu; tuṣṭa—pleased; haila—was; mana—mind; uṭhi’—standing up; mahāprabhu—Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu; tāṅre—him; kailā āliṅgana—embraced.


TRANSLATION

Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu was very pleased to see the devotion of the King, and He therefore stood up and embraced him.
