tāhā dekhi’ rahinu muñi mahā-bhaya pāñā
kīrtana nā varjiha, ghare rahoṅ ta’ vasiyā


SYNONYMS

tāhā dekhi’—seeing that; rahinu—remained; muñi—I; mahā-bhaya—great fear; pāñā—getting; kīrtana—the congregational chanting; nā—not; varjiha—stop; ghare—at home; rahoṅ—remain; ta’—certainly; vasiyā—sitting.


TRANSLATION

“After seeing this, I was very much afraid. I asked them not to stop the congregational chanting but to go sit down at home.
