- āra arthālaṅkāra āche, nāma—‘virodhābhāsa’

TRANSLATION
“The use of the words ‘lakṣmīr iva’ [‘like Lakṣmī’] manifests the ornament of meaning called upamā [analogy]. There is also the further ornament of meaning called virodhābhāsa, or a contradictory indication.
