pūrva-parayor madhye para-vidhir balavān


SYNONYMS

pūrva-parayoḥ — the former and the latter; madhye — between; para-vidhiḥ — the latter rule; balavān — more prominent.


TRANSLATION

"'Between the former rule and the latter rule, the latter is more important.'
