nāyikāra svabhāva, prema-vṛtte bahu bheda
sei bhede nānā-prakāra mānera udbheda


SYNONYMS

nāyikāra — of the heroine; svabhāva — nature; prema-vṛtte — in the matter of loving affairs; bahu — many; bheda — varieties; sei — that; bhede — in each variety; nānā-prakāra — various types; mānera — of the jealous anger of a woman; udbheda — subdivisions.


TRANSLATION

“The characteristics and modes of love are different in different women. Their jealous anger also takes on different varieties and qualities.
