sei pānī-lakṣye iṅhāra kaṇḍu upajāilā


SYNONYMS

seithat; jhārikhaṇḍera — of Jhārikhaṇḍa; pānī — water; tumi — You; khāoyāilā — made to drink; sei pānī-lakṣye — on account of this water; iṅhāra — of Sanātana Gosvāmī; kaṇḍu upajāilā — You generated the itching.


TRANSLATION

“My dear Lord, You made Sanātana Gosvāmī drink the water of Jhārikhaṇḍa, and You actually generated the consequent itching sores on his body.
