- pūrva-parayor madhye para-vidhir balavān
SYNONYMS
pūrva-parayoḥ—the former and the latter; madhye—between; para-vidhiḥ—the latter rule; balavān—more prominent.
TRANSLATION
"'Between the former rule and the latter rule, the latter is more important.'
