kulīna-grāmī paṭṭa-ḍorī jagannāthe dila
pūrvavat ratha-agre nartana karila


SYNONYMS

kulīna-grāmī — the residents of Kulīna-grāma; paṭṭa-ḍorī — silken ropes; jagannāthe dila — offered to Lord Jagannātha; pūrva-vat — as in the previous year; ratha-agre — in front of the car; nartana karila — danced.


TRANSLATION

The inhabitants of Kulīna-grāma delivered silken ropes to Lord Jagannātha, and, as previously, they all danced before the Lord 's car.
