sārvabhauma kahe punaḥ,—dina ‘pañca-daśa’
prabhu kahe,—tomāra bhikṣā ‘eka’ divasa


SYNONYMS

sārvabhauma kaheSārvabhauma Bhaṭṭācārya said; punaḥ — again; dina pañca-daśa — fifteen days; prabhu kahe — the Lord replied; tomāra bhikṣālunch at your place; eka divasa — only one day.


TRANSLATION

When Sārvabhauma requested Caitanya Mahāprabhu to accept lunch for fifteen days, the Lord said, “I shall accept lunch at your place for one day only.”
