SYNONYMS

ei-mata — in this way; māsa gela — the month passed; gosāñi āilā — Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu did not come; jagadānanda — Jagadānanda; śivānanda — Śivānanda; duḥkhita ha-ilā — became very unhappy.


TRANSLATION

As the month passed but Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu did not come, Jagadānanda and Śivānanda became most unhappy.
