- athāpatad bhinna-śirāḥ
- vajrāhata iva kṣaṇāt
- jaya-śabdo namaḥ-śabdaḥ
- sādhu-śabdo 'bhavad divi
SYNONYMS
atha — then; apatat — he fell down; bhinna — shattered; śirāḥ — his head; āhataḥ — struck; iva — as if; kṣaṇāt — in a fraction of a second; jaya — "victory!"; śabdaḥ — the sound; namaḥ — "homage!"; śabdaḥ — the sound; sādhu — "well done!"; abhavat — happened; divi — in the sky.
