mahārāṣṭrīya vipra āsi’ tāṅhāre mililā
prabhu tāṅre sneha kari’ kṛpā prakāśilā


SYNONYMS

mahārāṣṭrīya vipra — the Maharashtrian brāhmaṇa; āsi’ — coming; tāṅhāre — him; mililā — met; prabhu — Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu; tāṅre — to him; sneha kari’ — showing His affection; kṛpā prakāśilā — distributed His mercy.


TRANSLATION

The Maharashtrian brāhmaṇa came, and the Lord met him. Out of affection, the Lord bestowed His mercy upon him.
