sannyāsīre kṛpā pūrve likhiyāchoṅ vistāriyā
uddeśe kahiye ihāṅ saṅkṣepa kariyā

SYNONYMS

sannyāsīre kṛpā—mercy upon the sannyāsīs; pūrve—before this; likhiyāchoṅ—I have described; vistāriyā—elaborately; uddeśe—in reference to that; kahiye—let me speak; ihāṅ—here; saṅkṣepa kariyā—in brief.

TRANSLATION

In the Seventh Chapter of the Adi-līlā I have already elaborately described Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu’s deliverance of the sannyāsīs at Vārāṇasī, but I shall briefly repeat it in this chapter.
