It is said in the Upanishads that the Supreme Truth Absolute Personality of Godhead is beyond the range of thinking power of the greatest philosopher. As such He is unknowable by great learning or by the greatest brain. He is only knowable by one who has His mercy only. Others may go on thinking about Him for years together yet He is unknowable. This very fact is corroborated by the queen and she is playing the part of an innocent woman. The woman folk as a class are unable to speculate like a philosopher but they are blessed by the Lord because they believe at once in the superiority and Almightiness of the Lord and thus offers obeisances without any reservation. The Lord is so kind that He does not show any special favor to anyone who is a great philosopher. He knows the sincerity of purpose. For this reason only the woman folk generally assemble in greater number in any sort of religious function. In every country and in every sect of religion it appears that the woman folks are more interested than the opposite sex. This simplicity of acceptance of the authority of the Lord by anyone is more effective than showy religious fervour without any sincerity of purpose. #/div# #/div# please wait#div class="mw-parser-output"##p class="mw-empty-elt"# #h4##span class="mw-headline" id="TEXT_20"#TEXT 20#/span##/h4# #div class="verse"# #dl##dd#tathā paramahaṁsānāṁ#/dd# #dd#munīnām amalātmanām#/dd# #dd#bhakti-yoga-vidhānārthaṁ#/dd# #dd#kathaṁ paśyema hi striyaḥ#/dd##/dl# #/div# #h4##span class="mw-headline" id="SYNONYMS"#SYNONYMS#/span##/h4# #div class="synonyms"# #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=tathā&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#tathā#/i# — besides that; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=paramahaṁsānām&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#paramahaṁsānām#/i# — of the advanced transcendentalists; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=munīnām&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#munīnām#/i# — of the great philosophers or mental speculators; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=amala&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#amala-#a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=ātmanām&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#ātmanām#/i# — those whose minds are competent to discern between spirit and matter; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=bhakti&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#bhakti-#a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=yoga&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#yoga#/i# — the science of devotional service; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=vidhāna&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#vidhāna-#a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=artham&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#artham#/i# — for executing; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=katham&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#katham#/i# — how; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=paśyema&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#paśyema#/i# — can observe; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=hi&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#hi#/i# — certainly; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=striyaḥ&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#striyaḥ#/i# — women. #/div# #h4##span class="mw-headline" id="TRANSLATION"#TRANSLATION#/span##/h4# #div class="translation"# You Yourself descend to propagate the transcendental science of devotional service unto the hearts of the advanced transcendentalists and mental speculators, who are purified by being able to discriminate between matter and spirit.
