In the beginning of the #i#Bhagavad-gītā#/i#, the Lord said that all living entities exist individually in the past, that they exist now in the present, and that they continue to retain individual identity in the future, even after liberation from the material entanglement. So He has already cleared up the question of the future of the individual living entity. Now, Arjuna wants to know of the future of the unsuccessful transcendentalist. No one is equal to or above Kṛṣṇa, and certainly the so-called great sages and philosophers who are at the mercy of material nature cannot equal Him. Therefore the verdict of Kṛṣṇa is the final and complete answer to all doubts because He knows past, present and future perfectly—but no one knows Him. Kṛṣṇa and Kṛṣṇa conscious devotees alone can know what is what. #/p# #/div# #/div# please wait#div class="mw-parser-output"# #h4##span class="mw-headline" id="TEXT_39"#TEXT 39#/span##/h4# #div class="devanagari"# #dl##dd#एतन्मे संशयं कृष्ण छेत्तुमर्हस्यशेषतः ।#/dd# #dd#त्वदन्यः संशयस्यास्य छेत्ता न ह्युपपद्यते ॥३९॥#/dd##/dl# #/div# #div class="verse"# #dl##dd#etan me saṁśayaṁ kṛṣṇa#/dd# #dd#chettum arhasy aśeṣataḥ#/dd# #dd#tvad-anyaḥ saṁśayasyāsya#/dd# #dd#chettā na hy upapadyate#/dd##/dl# #/div# #h4##span class="mw-headline" id="SYNONYMS"#SYNONYMS#/span##/h4# #div class="synonyms"# #p##i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=etat&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#etat#/i# — this is; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=me&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#me#/i# — my; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=saṁśayam&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#saṁśayam#/i# — doubt; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=kṛṣṇa&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#kṛṣṇa#/i# — O Kṛṣṇa; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=chettum&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#chettum#/i# — to dispel; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=arhasi&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#arhasi#/i# — You are requested; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=aśeṣataḥ&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#aśeṣataḥ#/i# — completely; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=tvat&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#tvat#/i# — than You; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=anyaḥ&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#anyaḥ#/i# — other; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=saṁśayasya&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#saṁśayasya#/i# — of the doubt; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=asya&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#asya#/i# — this; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=chettā&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#chettā#/i# — remover; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=na&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#na#/i# — never; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=hi&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#hi#/i# — certainly; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=upapadyate&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#upapadyate#/i# — is to be found. #/p# #/div# #h4##span class="mw-headline" id="TRANSLATION"#TRANSLATION#/span##/h4# #div class="translation"# #p#This is my doubt, O Kṛṣṇa, and I ask You to dispel it completely.
