He can never be deviated by any amount of nonsensical commentaries or by fools. All Vedic literature agrees that Kṛṣṇa is the source of Brahmā, Śiva and all other demigods. In the #i#Atharva-veda#/i# it is said, "yo #i#brahmāṇaṁ vidadhāti: pūrvaṁ yo vai vedāṁś#/i# #i#ca gāpayati sma kṛṣṇaḥ."#/i# "It was Kṛṣṇa who in the beginning instructed Brahmā in Vedic knowledge and who disseminated Vedic knowledge in the past." There was no Brahmā, no Śiva, no fire, no moon, no stars in the sky, no sun. There was only Kṛṣṇa, who creates all and enjoys all." #$p#In the many #i#Purāṇas#/i# it is said that Lord Śiva was born from the highest, the Supreme Lord Kṛṣṇa, and the #i#Vedas#/i# say that it is the Supreme Lord, the creator of Brahmā and Śiva, who is to be worshiped. In the #i#Mokṣa-dharma#/i# Kṛṣṇa also says, #i#prajāpatiṁ ca rudraṁ cāpy aham eva sṛjāmi vai tau hi māṁ na vijānīto mama māyā-vimohitau#/i#. "The patriarchs, Śiva and others are created by Me, though they do not know that they are created by Me because they are deluded by My illusory energy." In #i#Varāha Purāṇa#/i# it is also said, #i#nārāyaṇaḥ paro devas tasmāj jātaś caturmukhaḥ tasmād rudro 'bhavad devaḥ sa ca sarvajñatāṁ gataḥ#/i#. "Nārāyaṇa is the Supreme Personality of Godhead, and from Him Brahmā was born, from whom Śiva was born." #$p#Lord Kṛṣṇa is the source of all generations, and He is called the most efficient cause of everything. He says that because "everything is born of Me, I am the original source of all. Everything is under Me; no one is above Me." There is no supreme controller other than Kṛṣṇa. One who understands Kṛṣṇa in such a way from a bona fide spiritual master and from Vedic literature, who engages all his energy in Kṛṣṇa consciousness, becomes a truly learned man. In comparison to him, all others, who do not know Kṛṣṇa properly, are but fools. Only a fool would consider Kṛṣṇa to be an ordinary man. A Kṛṣṇa conscious person should not be bewildered by fools; he should avoid all unauthorized commentaries and interpretations on #i#Bhagavad-gītā#/i# and proceed in Kṛṣṇa consciousness with determination and firmness. #/p# #/div# #/div# please wait#div class="mw-parser-output"# #h4##span class="mw-headline" id="TEXT_8"#TEXT 8#/span##/h4# #div class="devanagari"# #dl##dd#अहं सर्वस्य प्रभवो मत्तः सर्वं प्रवर्तते ।#/dd# #dd#इति मत्वा भजन्ते मां बुधा भावसमन्विताः ॥८॥#/dd##/dl# #/div# #div class="verse"# #dl##dd#ahaṁ sarvasya prabhavo#/dd# #dd#mattaḥ sarvaṁ pravartate#/dd# #dd#iti matvā bhajante māṁ#/dd# #dd#budhā bhāva-samanvitāḥ#/dd##/dl# #/div# #h4##span class="mw-headline" id="SYNONYMS"#SYNONYMS#/span##/h4# #div class="synonyms"# #p##i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=aham&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#aham#/i# — I; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=sarvasya&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#sarvasya#/i# — of all; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=prabhavaḥ&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#prabhavaḥ#/i# — the source of generation; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=mattaḥ&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#mattaḥ#/i# — from Me; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=sarvam&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#sarvam#/i# — everything; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=pravartate&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#pravartate#/i# — emanates; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=iti&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#iti#/i# — thus; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=matvā&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#matvā#/i# — knowing; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=bhajante&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#bhajante#/i# — become devoted; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=mām&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#mām#/i# — unto Me; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=budhāḥ&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#budhāḥ#/i# — the learned; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=bhāva&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#bhāva-#a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=samanvitāḥ&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#samanvitāḥ#/i# — with great attention. #/p# #/div# #h4##span class="mw-headline" id="TRANSLATION"#TRANSLATION#/span##/h4# #div class="translation"# #p#I am the source of all spiritual and material worlds. This Nārāyaṇa is an expansion of Kṛṣṇa. #$p#It is said in the same #i#Vedas#/i#, #i#brahmaṇyo devakī-putraḥ:#/i# "The son of Devakī, Kṛṣṇa, is the Supreme Personality." (#i##b#Nārāyaṇa Upaniṣad 4#/b##/i#) Then it is said, #i#eko vai nārāyaṇa āsīn na brahmā na īśāno nāpo nāgni-samau neme dyāv-āpṛthivī na nakṣatrāṇi na sūryaḥ:#/i# "In the beginning of the creation there was only the Supreme Personality Nārāyaṇa. (#i##b#Mahā Upaniṣad 1#/b##/i#) In the #i#Mahā Upaniṣad#/i# it is also said that Lord Śiva was born from the forehead of the Supreme Lord.
