August 18th, 1977

From: Tamal Krishna

My dear Ghanasyama and Maha Krama Prabhus,

Please accept my obeisances. I have been instructed by His Divine Grace Srila Prabhupada to thank you for your report of your Czechoslovakia preaching dated August 6th, 1977.

His Holiness Satsvarupa Maharaja and Balavanta Prabhu have just arrived today in time to hear your glorious preaching report. All of us sat in front of His Divine Grace as Srila Prabhupada heard with keen interest your fascinating account of distribution at the University. Your description of how you found a curtain in the washroom, went behind it, and found a door which led you to meet Mr. Marx was wonderful. Srila Prabhupada enjoyed so much your report and said at the end, “They are inspired by Krsna.” Srila Prabhupada is now awaiting your description of the preaching in the DDR.

Hoping this meets you in the best of health and Krsna consciousness.

Your servant,

Tamal Krsna Gosvami
Secretary to Srila Prabhupada
Their Graces Ghanasyama das
And Maha Krama Das
