27th April, 1977

From: Tamal Krishna

My dear Yashomatinandan Prabhu,

Please accept my obeisances. I beg to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated April 22nd, 1977, as well as your telegram regarding the initiation and installation ceremonies.

Unfortunately I did not know that you also required the Gayatri mantra tape. Therefore I am sending you the tape under separate post. The brahmanas should hear the tape in the right ear as soon as you receive it. Afterwards the tape should be kept very carefully in a locked place. Enclosed please find three Gayatri mantra sheets which can be given to the new initiates.

Hoping this meets you well.

Your servant,

Tamal Krsna Gosvami

Secretary to Srila Prabhupada
