Dear GBC,

Please accept my humble obeisances at your feet.

I am gathering together a list of the responsible foreign devotees who would like to get “permanent residency” status. Please therefore immediately make a list of devotees in your zone who you feel are responsible, stable and will be a definite asset for permanently residing in India. It is a prerequisite that any of the devotees that you list should want to permanently stay in India.

Along with the list of devotees names should be their passport numbers, date of issue, place of issue. Also include the number of the visa, date of visa and place of issue.

Hoping this meets you well.

Your servant,
Tamal Krishna Goswami
Secretary to Srila Prabhupada
