Dear Sir:

Our remittances from Bank of America, Los Angeles, U.S.A. in the amounts of $3563.21 and $4,000.00 were sent on July 15th and July 22nd respectively. We have information that these transfers were received at your Head Office, Parliament Street Delhi Branch on July 19th and July 26th respectively, yet your Head Office failed to transfer these funds to our Vrindaban current account no. 668 until July 31st, in spite of the fact that there were special instructions in the transfer from America to remit the funds immediately [to] your Vrindaban Branch.

Please inquire from your Head Office asking why there has been such delay and how future delay can be avoided. Faithfully yours,

A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami
