As it is already concluded, only the devotees of the Lord can know Him to considerable extent and no body else can know Him even by an inch so the devotees are perfectly cognisant of all spiritual knowledge. The Personality of Godhead is the last word in Absolute Truth. Impersonal Brahman and localised Paramatma Super Soul all are included in the knowledge of the Personality of Godhead. So one who knows the Personality of Godhead, can know automatically all about Him including His multi potencies and expansions. So the devotees are congratulated as all successful.
