The demoniac person may not agree to accept the supremacy of the Lord, and it is a fact that he may act according to his own whims, but his next birth will depend upon the decision of the Supreme Personality of Godhead and not on himself. In the #i#Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam#/i#, Third Canto, it is stated that an individual soul, after his death, is put into the womb of a mother where he gets a particular type of body under the supervision of superior power. Therefore in the material existence we find so many species of life-animals, insects, men, and so on. All are arranged by the superior power. They are not accidental. As for the demoniac, it is clearly said here that they are perpetually put into the wombs of demons, and thus they continue to be envious, the lowest of mankind. Such demoniac species of life are held to be always full of lust, always violent and hateful and always unclean. They are just like so many beasts in a jungle. #/p# #/div# #/div# please wait#div class="mw-parser-output"# #h4##span class="mw-headline" id="TEXT_19"#TEXT 19#/span##/h4# #div class="devanagari"# #dl##dd#तानहं द्विषतः क्रुरान्संसारेषु नराधमान् ।#/dd# #dd#क्षिपाम्यजस्रमशुभानासुरीष्वेव योनिषु ॥१९॥#/dd##/dl# #/div# #div class="verse"# #dl##dd#tān ahaṁ dviṣataḥ krūrān#/dd# #dd#saṁsāreṣu narādhamān#/dd# #dd#kṣipāmy ajasram aśubhān#/dd# #dd#āsurīṣv eva yoniṣu#/dd##/dl# #/div# #h4##span class="mw-headline" id="SYNONYMS"#SYNONYMS#/span##/h4# #div class="synonyms"# #p##i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=tān&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#tān#/i# — those; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=aham&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#aham#/i# — I; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=dviṣataḥ&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#dviṣataḥ#/i# — envious; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=krūrān&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#krūrān#/i# — mischievous; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=saṁsāreṣu&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#saṁsāreṣu#/i# — into the ocean of material existence; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=nara&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#nara-#a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=adhamān&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#adhamān#/i# — the lowest of mankind; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=kṣipāmi&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#kṣipāmi#/i# — I put; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=ajasram&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#ajasram#/i# — forever; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=aśubhān&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#aśubhān#/i# — inauspicious; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=āsurīṣu&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#āsurīṣu#/i# — demoniac; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=eva&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#eva#/i# — certainly; #i##a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="//vanipedia.org/wiki/Special:VaniSearch?s=yoniṣu&tab=syno_o&ds=1"#yoniṣu#/i# — into the wombs. #/p# #/div# #h4##span class="mw-headline" id="TRANSLATION"#TRANSLATION#/span##/h4# #div class="translation"# #p#Those who are envious and mischievous, who are the lowest among men, I perpetually cast into the ocean of material existence, into various demoniac species of life. #/p# #/div# #h4##span class="mw-headline" id="PURPORT"#PURPORT#/span##/h4# #div class="purport"# #p#In this verse it is clearly indicated that the placing of a particular individual soul in a particular body is the prerogative of the supreme will.
